This is my 1966 mustang convertible.  Originally a Sport Sprint  model.  My Father bought the car in California along with two other Mustangs in the early 80's.  While my father works on his 65 fastback 2+2 GT, he left this car stored in his barn .... for about 15 years.  I bought the car from dad and together we restored it.  It required both quarter panels and one fender replaced  ... as well as new top, interior, brakes, shocks, radiator, starter, alternator, carburetor, exhaust system  ... and much more.   Hmmmm  .. pretty much rebuilt from the ground up.  But it's been restored to factory standards  ... and all the numbers match.

Karin and I always make new friends when we take it out.

Here I am at a car show in central Florida

Parked next to the St Mary's River in Northeast Florida. (you might note that this picture shows a complete set of trim and badging. I keep working on it. ... other pictures on this page were taken earlier).

Here I am parked next to a P-51 Mustang ... a WWII fighter.  The name painted on the nose of this airplane is "Ina". ... My mother's name.
